1. What will it cost me?

Nothing! We do not charge you for valuation or making an offer to buy your property. In addition on completion we will pay your legal fees (subject to using a preferred client solicitor), you will receive the full amount agreed less any mortgages, debts or penalties secured against the property.

2. How long will the sale take?

We can act quickly so you are guaranteed a quick house sale especially if you need to avoid repossession. We use quick efficient solicitors and have purchase funds pre approved by our financiers, in urgent cases we can complete in 7 to 14 days however in most situations it takes 2-4 weeks to completion.

3. How long would an offer be valid for?

The offer we make is valid for 30 days, should you decide to agree a sale with us after this period we may need to recheck the offer amount.

4. Do you buy any type of residential property?

Yes, regardless of age or condition, including derelict, short leases, flying freehold, ex council flats, non standard construction steel and concrete houses etc. We also buy land with or without planning permission.

5. I have received notice of repossession - What can you do?

Through our preferred client solicitors we are able to give immediate purchase information to stop the repossession and allow you to clear your debts.

6. I'm still trying to sell at the full market value how can you help me?

We can still make you an offer which you can use as a 'fall back' if you can not sell on the open market in the time required.
